Meal: Chicken and Apple-Rice Skillet

Ingredients
1 tbsp butter
2 chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
1 large apple, sliced
1 3/4 cup chicken broth
1 package (6.25 oz) fast-cooking long grain and wild rice mix
Directions
1. Melt margarine in large skillet over medium heat.
2. Cook chicken and apple in margarine, stirring occasionally, 10-12 minutes, or until chicken is done.
3. Stir in broth and rice.
4. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to low.
5. Cover and simmer until rice is done (5-10 minutes).
