Meal: Chicken and Pasta Stir-Fry

Ingredients
2 cups uncooked farfalle pasta
1 lb asparagus, cut into 2-inch pieces
2 medium onions, sliced
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 lb chicken breasts, cut into 1 in pieces
1 tbsp chopped dried basil leaves
1/4 tsp pepper
grated parmesan cheese
Directions
1. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package.
2. Spray deep 12 in skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat.
3. Cook asparagus, onions, and 1 cup chicken broth in skillet for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Remove mixture from skillet and drain.
5. Spray skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat.
6. Add chicken; stir fry 5 minutes or until browned and no longer pink in center. Drain of juice as necessary.
7. Return asparagus mixture to skillet. Stir in remaining 1/2 cup broth, basil, pepper, and pasta.
8. Cook about 2 minutes, stirring frequently, until mixture is hot.
9. Serve with grated parmesan cheese.
