Meal: Chicken Breasts Veronique

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, halved.
2 tbsp flour
4 tbsp butter
2 cups dry white wine
2 tbsp lemon juice
8 oz seedless grapes (green or red), halved lengthwise
Directions
1. Rub chicken with mixture of flour, salt, and pepper.
2. Melt butter in skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add chicken breasts; saute 2-3 minutes each side.
4. Add wine and lemon juice, lower heat, and simmer 8-10 minutes.
5. When chicken is done, add grapes and simmer 1-2 additional minutes or until grapes are tender.
