Dessert: Jello Mold

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

1 6oz strawberry jello

1 8oz can crushed pineapple

1 sm. package frozen strawberries (16 oz)

1/2 c chopped walnuts

1 sm sour cream (1 cup)

Directions

Mix jello with 1.5 cups boiling water

Add frozen strawberries and stir until thawed

Add pineapples with juice and nuts

Stir

Pour half in mold and chill 30-45 minutes

Spread sour cream on jello

Pour the rest of the jello mix on top

Best done the day before
