Subrecipe: Parsley Dumplings

Ingredients

1 1/4 cup flour

2 tbsp parsley

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

3 tbsp butter

2/3 cup milk

Directions

1. Mix flour, parsley, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl.

2. Cut in butter, using pastry blender or crisscrossing two knives, until mixture looks like fine crumbs.

3. Stir in milk.
