Subrecipe: Mayo (Paleo)

Ingredients
1 large egg
2 tbsp lemon juice
1.25 cup light (not evoo) olive oil
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt
Directions
1. Place egg and lemon juice in blender
2. Let sit for 30 minutes to come to room temperature
3. Add 1/4 cup oil, mustard, and salt
4. Blend on medium speed until combined
5. With motor running, drizzle in the remaining cup of oil slowly (2-3) minutes
