Main Dish: Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients

1 pound ground turkey

2/3 cup dry bread crumbs

2/3 cup and tablespoon and 1 tsp. milk

1 egg, beaten

1 tablespoon and 1 tsp. minced onion

1/4 tsp. salt

1/3 of 1/4 teaspoon pepper, celery salt, garlic salt, dry mustard and sage so maybe just a shake.

1 tsp. worcestershire sauce

1 jar turkey gravy

Directions

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Spread in ungreased loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3. Bake in 350 oven for 1 hour.

The reason it has weird amounts of things is because the recipe I have calls for 1 1/2 pounds meat and so I cut everything down by 1/3.

I don't always have all the seasonings so... don't worry about it.

Notes

Can be made as "cupcakes" with mashed potato "frosting."
