Meal: Chicken Burgers with Tangy Garlic Mayonnaise

Ingredients
Ingredients (Burger):
2 lb ground chicken
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 tsp lemon zest
2 tbsp sour cream
1 cup breadcrumbs
Ingredients (Sauce):
2 egg yolks
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup olive oil
Directions
Directions (Burger):
1. Place chicken in a mixing bowl.
2. Add onion, lemon zest, sour cream, and breadcrumbs.
3. Hand-mix until thoroughly combined.
4. Separate into 6 equal portions and shape into patties.
5. Preheat a grill or flat plate to high.
6. Lightly oil grill or plate.
7. Cook patties 7 minutes each side, turning once.
Directions (Sauce):
1. Place egg yolks, garlic, mustard, and lemon juice in a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
2. With blender still running, add oli in a thin, steady stream; process until mixture achieves a thick consistency.
3. Refrigerate, covered, until required.
