Dessert: Oreo Bourbon Balls

Ingredients
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2 cup finely crushed oreo cookies
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup bourbon
1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
Directions
1. Melt chocolate chips over a double boiler, stirring until smooth; remove from heat.
2. Add cookie crumbs, powdered sugar, bourbon, and sweetened condensed milk.
3. Stir until well combined.
4. Cover; refrigerate for about 45 minutes.
5. Using 1 tbsp dough at a time, roll the mixture in your hands to create smooth, round balls.
6. Stir in an air-tight container at room temperature for 24 hours to allow flavors to combine.
7. Optionally, before serving, roll the balls in sugar to coat.
