Main Dish: Oat-Crusted Chicken with Sage
Servings: 4
Prep Time: 90 minutes
Ingredients
3 tbsp milk
2 tsp mustard
1/2 cup rolled oats
3 tbsp chopped fresh sage leaves
4 chicken breasts cut in half
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 tsp whole grain mustard
Directions
1. Mix oast with 2 tbsp of sage and salt
2. Brush the chicken with the milk and press into the oats
3. Place the chicken on a cookie sheet and bake for 40 minutes until cooked through
4. Combine the yogurt, mustard, remaining sage and seasoning.
5. Serve over the chicken with fresh sage garnish
