Main Dish: Campfire Foil Wrapped Salmon with Herbs and Lemon

Ingredients
2 salmon filets
4 slices of lemon
1 tbsp. dijon mustard
2 sprigs of dill
2 sprigs of tarragon
2 tbsp. butter
1 garlic gloves, minced
1 shallot, sliced
Olive Oil
Sea salt and fresh cracked black pepper
Tin foil
Directions
1. Season salmon filets liberally with sea salt and fresh cracked black pepper.
2. Spread 1 tbsp. of dijon mustard on the tops of each salmon filet
3. Layer 2 lemon slices, a sprig of tarragon and dill, a few slices of shallot, 1 tbsp. of butter, and some garlic on each salmon filet. Splash the tops of the filets with a big gulp of olive oil.
4. Wrap salmon filets individually in tin foil
5. Put tin foil wrapped salmon directly in fire
6. Cook for 6-8 minutes, or until fish is cooked

400 degrees in oven 15-20 minutes
