Dehydrated: Mexican Rice

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup instant rice
2/3 cup dehydrated mixed bell peppers
2/3 cup dehydrated onions
bullion chip
4 tbsp cheddar cheese powder
3 tbsp powdered milk
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper
1/8 tsp oregano
1/8 tsp salt
3 1/2 cups water
Directions
1. Combine rice, bell peppers, onions, bullion chip, and water and let soak in pot for 5-10 minutes.
2. Light stove, bring to boil, and cook for 1 minute.
3. Remove from stove and stir in remaining ingredients.
4. Insulate and let stand 10 minutes.
