Dehydrated: Curry Rice

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup instant rice
1/3 cup dehydrated mixed bell peppers
1/3 cup dehydrated carrots
1/3 cup dehydrated onions
1/3 cup dehydrated peas
bullion chip
3 tbsp powdered milk
3 tsp curry powder
1 tsp chili powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
3 1/2 cups water
Directions
1. Combine rice, peppers, carrots, onions, peas, bullion chip, and water in pot and let soak for 5-10 minutes.
2. Light stove, bring to boil, and cook for 1 minute.
3. Remove from stove, stir in remaining ingredients, insulate, and let stand for 10 minutes.
