Dehydrated: Italian Couscous and Peppers

Ingredients
1/3 cup dehydrated mixed peppers
1/3 cup dehydrated onions
1 cup couscous
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp dried basil
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
1/8 tsp oregano
1/8 tsp rosemary
1/8 tsp sage
1/8 tsp thyme
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 3/4 cup water
Directions
1. Combine water, peppers, and onions in pot and let soak 5 minutes.
2. Bring pot to boil.
3. Stir in remaining ingredients and boil for 1 minute.
4. Remove from stove, stir, insulate, and let stand 10 minutes.
