Side Dish: Cream Cheese and Chives Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
2 lbs small red and gold potatoes, quartered
3 tbsp chives
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp cream cheese
1/2 cup milk
Directions
1. Place quartered potatoes in a pot of water, salt, and bring to a boil.
2. Cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
3. Drain and return to pot and stovetop to dry.
4. Add butter, cream cheese, chives and milk to the potatoes, and smash to desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper.
