Main Dish: Hungarian Turkey Burgers with Smoked Gouda

Ingredients

1 and 1/3 lbs ground turkey

1 small onion, finely chopped

1/2 red bell pepper, cored, seeded, and finely chopped

handful fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped

several drops of Worcestershire sauce

1 TBSP smoked Paprika

salt

1/3 lb smoked gouda cut into 1/4-inch dice

1 cup watercress, finely chopped

1 small shallot, minced

1 cup sour cream

4 buns

lettuce

Directions

1. Mix turkey, onion, bell pepper, parsley, Worcestershire, smoked paprika, and salt

2. fold in the chopped gouda

3. divide into fourths and form into patties about 1" thick

4. Cook 6 minutes on each side until cooked through

5. Mix the watercress, shallot, and sour cream

6. Place cooked burgers on buns with lettuce and sauce
