Dessert: GoT: Blueberry Tarts

Ingredients
1/4 cup milk
3/4 cup heavy milk
1/4 sweet wine
pinch of saffron
pinch of ground ginger
pinch of ground mace
pinch of ground cloves
3 egg yolks
1 whole egg
1/2 cup honey
1 pint blueberries
1/2 cup chopped dates
8 mini pie crusts
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. In a medium saucepan, combine the milk, cream, wine and spices.
3. Bring the mixture to a boil and then remove from the heat.
4. In a separate bowl, beat the egg yolks, whole egg, and honey together.
5. While beating, add 1/4 cup of the hot milk mixture.
6. Pour the egg mixture back into the pit with the hot liquid, whisking vigorously to avoid curdling.
7. Evenly spread blueberries and dates into the pie shells.
8. Spoon the cream mixture over the fruit and into the shells.
9. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the filling has set.
