Main Dish: California Fondue

Ingredients
2/3 cup Blush Wine
3 cups Gruyere cheese, grated
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1 Tbsp Kirsch
2/3 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2/3 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and chopped
Directions
1. Pour in the wine and heat gently over the lit burner
2. Toss the cheese in the cornstarch then gradually add to the wine and heat gently, stirring continuously until melted
3. Stir in the Kirsch, sour cream, nutmeg
4. Continue to cook until thickened, then stir in the chopped shrimp
5. Heat through for 2-3 minutes before serving with dippers and salads

Add more cheese or less wine
