Meal: Chicken Tetrazzini

Ingredients
7 oz spaghetti, broken into thirds
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp sherry/water
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions
1. Heat oven to 350.
2. Cook and drain spaghetti.
3. Melt butter in 3-qt saucepan over low heat.
4. Stir flour, salt, and pepper into margarine.
5. Cook, stirring constantly, until smooth.
6. Remove from heat; stir in broth and whipping cream.
7. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
8. Boil and stir 1 minute.
9. Stir in sherry/water, spaghetti, and chicken.
10. Poor mixture into ungreased 2-qt casserole dish.
11. Top with pamesan cheese.
12. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes or until bubbly in center.
