Side Dish: Garlic Stir Fried Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

4 garlic cloves, minced

2 cup Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

1 tbsp olive oil

Directions

1. Heat olive oil in nonstick pan over medium heat.

2. Add garlic; cook until fragrant and just browning.

3. Add Brussels sprouts and increase heat to medium-high; season with salt and pepper.

4. Cook without stirring for 1 minute; then toss and repeat.

5. If sprouts are are not yet golden, repeat, taking care not to overcook.
