Main Dish: Chicken with Cider Glaze

Ingredients

2-2.5 lbs broiler-fryer chicken, skin removed

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/2 cup apple cider

1/2 cup roasted-apple marinade or applesauce

fresh parsley for garnish

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375.

2. Place chicken in ungreased 13x9 pan.

3. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper

4. Pour cider and marinade over chicken.

5. Cover and bake 30 minutes.

6. Turn chicken.

7. Bake uncovered 20-30 minutes or until juices run clear.

8. Garnish with parsley; serve.
