Meal: Chinese Chicken Salad

Ingredients
4 cups chopped bok choy
2 cooked chicken breasts, diced
1 cup shredded carrots
2 tbsp minced green onions
2 tbsp hot chili sauce with garlic (reduce for less heat)
1.5 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp ground ginger
Directions
1. Place bok choy chicken, carrots, and onions in a large bowl.
2. Combine chili sauce, oil, vinegar, soy sauce, and ginger in a second bowl; mix well.
3. Pour sauce over chicken mixture; toss to coat well.
