Meal: Baked Chicken and Rice

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
1/4 cup flour
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 1/3 cup water
1 1/2 cup uncooked long grain rice
1 cup milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
1. Dredge chicken pieces in flour.
2. In large skillet, brown chicken in oil on all sides over medium heat.
3. In a large bowl, mix water, rice, milk, salt, pepper and poultry seasoning.
4. Pour mixture into a greased 9x13x2 backing dish; top with browned chicken.
5. Cover lightly with foil; bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until rice and chicken are tender.
