Meal: Ground Turkey and Onion Stuffed Bread

Ingredients
1 baguette
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lb ground turkey
salt and pepper
2 medium onions, finely chopped
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Dijon or spicy brown mustard
1 cup grated swiss or Gouda cheese
parsley for garnish
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 200 F
2. Cut bread in half lengthwise, then hollow out to make two bread boats.
3. Crisp bread in the oven; then remove and reserve.
4. Turn on the oven's broiler.
5. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat; add oil.
6. Add ground turkey; season liberally with salt and pepper.
7. Brown and crumble for 3 minutes.
8. Add onions; cook 10 minutes more, stirring frequently.
9. Add Worcestershire sauce and mix in; remove from heat.
10. Spread mustard across the insides of the breads to taste.
11. Fill bread boats with meat and onions; top with grated cheese.
12. Melt cheese under broiler; garnish with parsley.
