Main Dish: Super Swiss Chicken

Ingredients

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts - halved

4 slices swiss cheese

1 of a can of cream of chicken soup (10 and 3/4 oz can)

1 can of water

1-2 tbls butter

1 1/3 cup herb-seasoned stuffing crumbs

Directions

1. Place chicken breasts on greased baking dish.

2. Place two slices of cheese on each breast.

3. Combine soup and water in bowl. Mix and pour over chicken.

4. Melt butter in medium sauce pan. Brown stuffing in butter. Sprinkle crumbs over casserole.

5. Bake uncovered at 350 F for 1 hour.
