Meal: Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts or equivalent tenderloins
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp sherry
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, minced
dash ground ginger
8 oz can of chunked pineapple
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients except chicken to make marinade
2. Marinate the chicken in the mixture for several hours
3. Just prior to cooking, add pineapple and juice to the marinade
4. Back in a shallow pan (with pineapple and marinade) at 350 until juices run clear, about 25 minutes.
5. Serve with cooked rice
