Slow Cooker: Turkey in Cream Sauce

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup chicken broth or white wine
1 medium onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 bay leaves
2 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
1/2 tsp pepper
2.25 lbs turkey breast tenderloins
3 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
Directions
1. In slow cooker, combine broth, onion, garlic, and bay leaves.
2. Combine rosemary and pepper; rub over turkey cutlets.
3. Add cutlets to slow cooker.
4. Cover; cook on low 7-8 hours or until meat is tender.
5. Remove turkey; keep warm.
6. Strain cooking juices and pour into a saucepan.
7. Combine cornstarch, cream and salt until smooth; gradually add to juices.
8. Bring to boil; cook and stir 2 minutes or until thickened.
9. Slice turkey; serve with sauce.
